GDPR / CCPA enquiries — access, rectification, deletion, portability — go to privacy@statetilt.com. We respond within the period required by applicable law and without undue delay.

Security-sensitive details can be exchanged out-of-band on request via the security mailbox. We do not run a live-chat channel and we do not respond to direct messages on social platforms — the email channels above are the only ones we operate.

Why no contact form

We do not run a contact form pre-launch. A form would imply an SLA and a triage queue we have not yet built. Plain email is honest about the size of the team and the response speed you should expect — and lets us answer the question that was actually asked, in detail, rather than triaging through a generic form.
